Frequently Asked Questions
It’s hot out and my air conditioner won’t turn on, what do I do?
Check your main breakers. If your thermostat is equipped with batteries, check the batteries. Check your system for signs of freezing. If all of these check out and it is still not working, contact a certified technician for service.
What if I can't afford it upfront?
Ask a licensed air conditioning contractor about financing. Make inquiries into whether it is in house or through a financial institution. Be sure and ask about length of term and interest rates.
How Can I Reduce My Energy (Heating and Cooling) Bills?
Have a performance tune up scheduled. Ensure all coils are clean, ductwork sealed, and filters unobstructed. If equiptment is 10 years or older, consider upgrading to a higher SEER rated unit.
Should I be concerned with indoor air quality?
Absolutely! The air coming out of your system is the air you and your family breathe. Proper filtration, ultra violet light treatment, and properly sealed ductwork all can effect air quality. Routine maintenance can also help bring issues to light before they become major problems.
